She then completed an internship with celebrity Nutritionist, Julie Daniluk (television host of Healthy Gourmet and author of Meals That Heal Inflammation).

Today, she applies her vast knowledge of nutrition to help others achieve their health goals such as weight management, hormone balance, stress reduction, coping with depression, fighting fatigue, managing chronic pain, and more.  She specializes in creating personalized menu plans, detoxification/cleansing programs, therapeutic supplementation, public health talks, and corporate seminars/workshops.  Adeline has also made guest appearances on Daytime Toronto (Rogers Television) where she offered health tips and advice to viewers.  In addition to her television appearances, she has written for Chatelaine and Julie Daniluk’s website.  Having resolved her own weight and health issues through nutrition, she truly believes in what Hippocrates once said, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”
